Quiero hablaros de una de las cosas más ricas del mundo…

                                         LA CERVEZA ALEMANA

                       

Alemania es uno de los países productores de cerveza mas importantes del mundo, dentro de alemania la zona que tiene mayor variedad y mas fama es la zona de baviera.

Dentro de la cerveza alemana hay distintos tipos según la fabricación y la cantidad de Lúpulo y Malta:

• Pilsen: es un tipo de cerveza parecida a la Mahou o la Cruzcampo,es cerveza rubia  con un sabor más o menos amargo y suele tener un contenido alcohólico de 4º a 4,8º. tipicas de Alemania en este tipo se llamaria la Becks, Würzburger hoffen por ejemplo, además tiene una variedad de sabores increibles.

                    

• Weizenbier: o cerveza de trigo es una cerveza mas espesa con un sabor afrutado y un regusto a trigo contenido alcohólico de 5º hasta 5,4º y se suele tomar en el sur de Alemania. dentro de este tipo (quee s el que mas me gusta esta la Paulaner, Krombacher, Franciskaner,Erdinguer, Keiler,Schoffenhofen…

                              

• Altbier: es ina cerveza mas amarga, esto es debido a su alto contenido en lúpulo, tiene un contenido alcohólico de 4,8º. La altbier es muy popular en Düsseldorf y Nordrhein.

                                         

• Helles (cerveza clara) es de color claro muy popular en Baviera(típica de munchen),con un contenido alcohólico de 4,5º hasta 6º esta es la contraprestacion de la Dunkel es decir es poco amarga por su contenido alto emn malta. marcas de este tipo serian por ejemplo,  Augustiner Bräu, Löwenbräu, Spaten-Franziskaner-Bräu y Weihenstephan.

                                      

• Dunkel (cerveza oscura) recibe el nombre por su color de pardo a negro,tiene un sabor amargo aunque no demasiado puesto que tambien contiene malta, marcas de este tipo estan Altenrüthener Dunkel spezial, Erdinger Dunkel o Paulaner Original Münchner Dunkel,…en todas las cervecerias alemanes al menos hay una marca de dunklel es muy conocido.
